A canceled policy may not be eligible for reinstatement. If there is a payment due to get the premium balance current, then you must login to the site to process that payment. Once payment is received, you may then follow the quote flow to get a new replacement policy. Contact Customer Service for additional support options including getting starting with a new policy.
